How to return a product?

The package delivery date is the 5-day return period for full-priced products.

The items must be returned to us unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with their original tags. They must also be shipped back in their original packaging. We inspect each return before issuing a refund. Unless damaged during transit or not meeting the above requirements, we will not refund returned items.

If you need a refund of any item, please return it to the following address with a copy of the order confirmation email and a written explanation of why you want a refund. After the return has been processed, your original form of payment will be refunded. In the event of a faulty or incorrectly shipped item, we will not refund the shipping or return fees.

Payments back into your account are usually credited within 0 to 5 business days by credit card companies. You may need to wait for 2 or 3 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your printed credit card statement. Consult the company that issued your credit card.

Upon receiving the tracking number of your return, please provide us with your order number along with the tracking number provided by your mail carrier.

How to return an incorrect or damaged product

Please email us within 14 days of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, including your order number and images of the item(s). The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. In cases of shipping refunds, the refund will only apply to standard DHL carrier equivalents. The refund will not exceed the total shipping amount charged to the customer at the time of purchase. The full postage will not be refunded for packages that are shipped back using expedited shipping.

Our inventory fluctuates too much for us to offer exchanges currently. Our recommendation for an exchange is that you return your item for a refund and purchase a new item.
